If this is your first time visiting training.ilevel.org, Cookiebot consent window will pop-up. Please select “allow all”. To change your consent:
Upon launching the BOP/BOP Refresher Remote Proctored, you will be presented with an identity verification pop-up. Select “Begin verifying”.
Select the country your government ID is from.
Select the type of government ID you would like to verify.
You can choose to Upload a photo of your ID, take a picture from the device you are on, or transfer to another device.
Center your ID. Scroll down to capture the photo of your ID.
If your ID is expired, you will receive an error message.
Select “Done”.
Switching to your phone:
After scanning the QR Code, select to open Persona and scan your ID.
After verification is complete, your verified status will be recognized on all devices. Select done to move to the participation monitoring prompts.
Message via email:
An email will be sent from no-reply@withpersona.com allowing you to verify your identity on the device you launch Persona in after selecting “Verify identity” from the body of that email.
