There are two ways to access Basic Orientation Plus online.
We only collect the necessary information needed to ensure session integrity. When learners demonstrate compliance with the session rules, the only personally identifiable information retained is one image of the learner, their name, and email address.
Data that never leaves the learner’s device is far more secure than data that does. For this reason, Pyvot Verify utilizes the Integrity Advocate patent-pending application designed to execute facial detection, facial recognition, and optical character recognition processes right on the learner’s device.
Per OSHA standards, we retain this record for 3 years. However, our Learning Management System retains the verified training record for 10 years.

Basic Orientation Plus Remotely Proctored acceptance requires communication from the owner site admin to their safety council stating the pre-requisite training accepted for the courses we administer on their behalf. Visit the Basic Orientation Plus/BOP Refresher page and complete the form on that page to receive a list of accepting sites, or contact Alliance Safety Council if you have any questions.
The training required varies per the site. Some sites require only Basic Orientation Plus while others accept both or accept only Safety Essentials. It is best that you check with your contractor administrator to verify site requirements.
