The Marathon Kenai Refinery is committed to keeping its employees and contractors safe while on site. This course has been designed to include a basic overview of the tools and knowledge needed to work safely at the Marathon Kenai Refinery. The interactive program focuses on safety, health, and environmental compliance, as well as process safety management-mandated information. In addition, the computer-based training modules provide:

• Personal Protective Equipment
• Safe Work Practices
• Permits
• Hazard Communication
• Fall Protection
• Confined Space
• Emergency Response
• Incident and Injury Reporting
• Accident Procedures

This course consists of individual modules that each require successful completion. Any module that is not successfully completed will require a topic review and retake until successful completion is achieved. Once all modules have been successfully completed, the course is passed and is valid for one year.
