This course is designed primarily for participants with limited technical backgrounds who need assistance understanding OSHA’s requirements for written respiratory protection programs. It will help them make informed decisions about how to administer their program and who (within or outside of their organization) should help implement it. Depending on the extent and complexity of the hazards present and the level of respiratory protection needed, the course could benefit those interested in serving as a program administrator for their workplace respiratory protection program. This course is provided by the Mid-South OTI Education Center. Minimum Contact Hours: 7.5 hours
