Overview
OSHA requires employers to keep workers safe while on the jobsite. When employees are operating or driving mobile equipment on a worksite there can be additional hazards created. The designated spotter course covers the requirements for a “Spotter” to assist the operators and drivers while performing their duties. The Spotter helps prevent incidents such as struck-by, electrocution, and caught-in-or-between which result in injuries, fatalities, and property damage. This course covers the following topics:
