The RCA Master course picks up where the Specialist course leaves off. This course is designed to provide you with the highest level of analytical and facilitation skills. Go deeper into the Sologic method and lead more complex investigations. Includes a focus on developing and sustaining an effective RCA program

  • Ensure your team has a deep understanding of the methodology including learning advanced Cause and Effect concepts that improve RCA quality and reduce time to complete
