OxyChem Cell Line Orientation (Taft, LA)
This training will prepare workers for the electrical hazards in the Taft plant Cell Line Working Zones. In this training, workers will review the basic law of electricity - Ohm’s law - and how it applies to the cell areas, the worker, and the worker’s work. The worker will learn how the cell rooms work and where the electrical hazards are located; and what actions to take, and some to avoid, to protect themselves in their work.
